Mr. Sean ‘Monkey Bones’ Combs

Sean Monkey Bones Combs

Exhibit A (above):
A shirt that is ACTUALLY on the market! A phrase that Monkey Bones made up, with his genius self. A slogan that he has young kids thinking is cool to repeat.

I was eating dinner one evening not too long ago and some kids about 14 walks in the establishment with this exact same shirt on. Already they are looking at Black males as a problem, but now with the help of Monkey Bones, we can show our ignorance more immediately!

Exhibit B (below):
A fried chicken battle… yes, on YouTube for the world to see. This time could have been spent doing anything productive, but no, a fried chicken battle it is.

Mr. Monkey Bones Combs, you are a piece of work, sir.

Like someone mentioned before in another post; Is it enough to have an album full of poisoning content and then throw 1 positive song in there and say, “look, see I did my part!” i don’t think so myself.

Sure we do a few things here and there and call it charity, but what about the overall message? Everybody has adapted this ’sex sells’ state of mind. Yeah it does if you push it hard enough, but so does everything else.

I saw the stanky video intro to this piece of crap! Literally. His ignorance in the game just shows why he used to handle mail in a record label for a living before he blew up. Which B.I.G. was the main reason to be honest. Did you even know he charges his own crew to use his Bentley in a music video. He’s even asking Arabs to lower gas prices to fly around in his private jet. Funny yet ironic. How ignorant can this guy get?

I had a childhood friend who was trying his hand in the music business. Thank God he never blew up. He was as ignorant as they come. He wasn’t a gangster, didn’t sell drugs, but was a product of his surroundings for sure. He would bask in ignorance. Loved it for whatever reason. He wasn’t a wicked person, the same way I assume Diddy isn’t, but he wasn’t the brightest star shining either.

It’s slim to few to find an African American with as much power as Sean Combs has who is doing the right thing.

To actually think about it properly. Why is he so powerful anyways? He must be somebody’s puppet one way or another. Dance Pinnochio dance

I’m not saying you have to be a gangbanger or a drug dealer to be an MC. Just don’t fake your game so your swag can oddly fit in with the crowd.

To talk about him as if he’s done no good what so ever is wrong in itself. We all do ignorant things so to judge someone else for there ignorance is bias in itself. I do believe your not to pass judgment correct?

yes the shirt is a bit much but a 14 year old sporting the shirt is just another example of bad parenting. Stop trying to blame entertainers for what children do. A child would follow the doings of a crackhead if thought cool enough. Open your eyes and address the real issue, on going negligent parenting.

I agree that parenting is an issue. But this plays a part too. It’s all about community. We all need each other! That’s one major problem. Everyone is divided.

I don’t see other nationalities acting in this manner. I don’t see this type of behavior there. It’s usually only US! If there is that type of behavior, it’s usually combated with a million more positive images. We have to start to hold any and everything accountable.

When you’re losing you look at every possible reason!

I agree Ewbar, people too often separate themselves and don’t realize that for our communities to be a better place, it takes us all. If you have children, this is very evident. You can constantly tell your child to do the right thing and send your child to the best school, with the best teachers, in the best neighborhood, but if there are other children and/or parents around him/her who are poisonous then your child will be exposed. It takes a village and people who complain about the world but then only do for self are the main ones wrecking it….word.
