but.. what is the initial reason for this sort of contact with the police?
Who knows. I was thinking it could be a list of things. But once you have a man down on his stomach with your gun aimed at him what more do you need to do? Take Oscar Grant for instance. He was on his stomach not giving them a fight, and that coward cop shot him in the back.
uhh, i don’t condone the actions of the police, but we’re so judgemental of these men and woman where everyday they’re lives are on the line so we can attempt to live peacefully. I’d like to see anyone out there who hates or dislikes the police try to do what they do for one day. Just how there are bad people there will be bad cops…
It is most definitely a difficult job, Nat, I agree. But the only thing that’s scary about the situation is they have the right to take your life. With the racial undertone, and racism being so prevalent in America, for those reasons the police are a very shaky situation.
THERE IS NEVER AN EXCUSE FOR THE COPS…Yea yea job is hard, but they have weapons and training and not to mention the government on their side. Please don’t give them excuses to kick people in the head. As long as they are in that privileged position, they will be judged…If people were allowed to fight back, then that’s one thing, but….wow…i can’t even believe that…can’ even finish my sentence…there is NO excuse..
